**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their expectations are met and managed throughout the lifespan of their project. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling incoming calls and responding to customer requests with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
**Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
* Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities as needed
* Book appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
* Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers
* Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
* Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a friendly and respectful manner
* Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
**Qualifications**
* High school graduate or G.E.D.
* Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment is preferred
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
* Ability to type at least 25 words per minute is preferred
* Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
* Must be able to pass a background check
