You'll work closely with internal customers and team members to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and troubleshoot issues. This is a part-time opportunity, with 20 hours per week, and we're looking for someone who can commit to a regular schedule. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat communications, maintaining a high level of professionalism and establishing positive relationships with every customer. * Learn and utilize computer system applications to accurately process transactions and maintain customer data. * Educate customers on products and services, providing recommendations and solutions to address their needs. * Provide basic troubleshooting for customers, including product knowledge and problem resolution. * Build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and team members. * Stay informed on all communications and training to ensure accurate protocols are followed. * Build knowledge of relevant arenaflex products, processes, programs, and technology. * Participate in other related duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Comply with all policies and standards. **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. * Ability to identify and propose solutions to address customer problems or needs. * High level of attention to detail in written communication and order entry. * Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and urgency. * Ability to meet accuracy and productivity metrics. * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. * Basic math and computer skills, with experience with Microsoft Outlook and/or Dynamics 365 a plus. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and communication. * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate, ranging from $20.29 - $25.00 (WA); $18.67 - $23.00 (NV); $17.45 - $21.50 (AZ, ID, MT), depending on experience. * Annual discretionary bonus up to $2000 of base salary. * Paid time off on a weekly basis, up to 112 hours per year to start, plus 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off. * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits. * 401k plan with matching up to 4% of earnings, matched and vested at every pay cycle. * Life insurance and short/long-term disability coverage. * Paid maternity/paternity leave. * Pet insurance. **Work Environment** As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home or a designated workspace, with the ability to communicate with team members and customers via phone, email, and chat communications.
