Manager, Americas Commercial Performance - Franchise (Remote Opportunity)

Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Manager to join our franchise commercial team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader franchise and commercial teams, where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
Fundamentally, this role is built to drive performance in Hyatt's franchise hotels across Full Service and Select Service brands. This is accomplished by leveraging Hyatt's commercial engine, tools, and programming to deliver best-in-class collaboration. This will be done via:
• Serve as a primary commercial advisor to a defined portfolio of franchised hotels.
• Conduct structured performance reviews with ownership and operator leadership.
• Translate corporate commercial strategy into actionable property-level initiatives.
• Identify revenue opportunities, cost efficiencies, and performance gaps.
• Provide clear, data-driven recommendations aligned with owner return objectives.
• Analyze portfolio performance across RevPAR, RGI, ADR, occupancy, channel mix, and segmentation trends.
• Partner with Revenue Management to improve pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and inventory controls.
• Support distribution optimization, including channel contribution, OTA strategy, and digital direct growth.
• Drive adoption of Hyatt revenue tools and commercial platforms.
• Coach General Managers, Directors of Sales, and Revenue Leaders on commercial best practices.
• Facilitate performance workshops and portfolio reviews.
Qualifications:
Experience Required:
• 5+ years of experience in the same field, industry, or other equivalent business/ function role.
• Demonstrated expertise in revenue management, sales strategy, and distribution.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L statements and ownership return metrics.
• Experience presenting to ownership groups or executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
Experience Preferred:
• Multi-property or regional commercial oversight experience.
• Franchise operations exposure.
• MBA or advanced business degree.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $102,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards, an annual bonus, monthly or quarterly incentives, etc.
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
