Role: IAM reputed company Location: Fredericton, New reputed company (Remote) Pay reputed company: CAD$100/Hr - CAD$110/Hr Job reputed company Position reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) Specialist/reputed company to support the design, implementation, and governance of reputed company management for a major Clinical Information System (CIS) reputed company a reputed company environment. The role will reputed company on implementing Role-Based reputed company Control (RBAC), coordinating IAM initiatives, and ensuring secure, compliant reputed company for clinical and operational users. Mandatory Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a reputed company discipline. Equivalent education and experience may be considered. • 3+ years of experience leading the design and implementation of Role-Based reputed company Control (RBAC) for a Clinical Information System in an acute care or hospital setting, including defining and managing roles for physicians and clinical users. • 5+ years of experience leading or coordinating Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) activities for large reputed company organizations, including reputed company-state assessments, gap analysis, and planning for major system implementations. • 5+ years of experience leading project teams or workstreams with responsibility for timelines, deliverables, reputed company coordination, risk management, and status reporting. • 5+ years of experience collaborating with reputed company IAM or Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) specialists (e.g., directory services, identity lifecycle management, authentication, reputed company governance). Desirable Skills and Experience • 3+ years of experience working with clinicians, clinical informatics teams, and operational staff to analyze workflows and identify identity, reputed company, and authentication needs affecting system adoption. • 5+ years of experience supporting integration of clinical or reputed company systems with IAM/IGA components such as directory services, MFA, SSO, identity lifecycle tools, and reputed company governance processes. • 3+ years of experience working with reputed company-based IAM platforms such as reputed company Entra ID, reputed company, or Ping, including integration with on-reputed company systems and clinical applications. • 3+ years of experience applying reputed company reputed company, cybersecurity, and reputed company auditing requirements to identity and reputed company reputed company. • 3+ years of experience developing or coordinating IAM governance and operational processes, including identity lifecycle management, reputed company request workflows, reputed company reviews, and role governance. • Experience facilitating workshops, presenting IAM concepts, and supporting decision-making with stakeholders across technical teams, clinical leadership, and executive reputed company. • 10+ years of experience working with health information systems, standards, and technologies, with reputed company experience supporting Clinical Information Systems. • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; bilingual French and English communication is considered an asset.
