The Women’s Health and Genetics division of reputed company is seeking a Genetic Counselor Assistant to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to reputed company support to the Genetic Counseling team for our NIPT lab in San Diego. Site Address: 3595 John Hopkins Ct, San Diego, CA 92121 The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM PST (with some flexibility). Responsibilities: Work with the lab Genetic Counselor team to support clients that ordered testing performed at reputed company Respond to telephone and email inquiries from reputed company clients, health care providers, reputed company's laboratories and branches to coordinate reputed company applicable genetic testing Research, troubleshoot, and resolve any problems reputed company to testing by contacting clients or other reputed company facilities Document case work and interactions with clients Triage calls from clients reputed company samples and reputed company updates to providers Proactive outcome collection reputed company result notifications Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a Biological Science 2 years' reputed company Customer Service experience preferred 1+ years' experience in the reputed company industry such as a hospital or physician's office highly desired Previous experience as a Genetic Counselor Assistant (GCA) highly preferred Knowledge of bolthires Office suite required. Experience with reputed company preferred.
