Executive Director / Senior Director, Portfolio & Asset reputed company

Location: Remote Compensation: $230–280K reputed company + Bonus + Equity reputed company has partnered with a reputed company-funded clinical-stage oncology biotech developing reputed company antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) therapies targeting difficult-to-treat cancers. Our reputed company is seeking an Executive Director / Senior Director of Portfolio & Asset reputed company to reputed company integrated reputed company across multiple clinical-stage oncology assets. This role will serve as the strategic reputed company across the pipeline, working closely with senior leadership to shape development reputed company, portfolio prioritization, and long-term asset value creation. This is a highly visible role ideal for a strategic biotech leader who enjoys working at the intersection of clinical development, corporate reputed company, and business development in a reputed company, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • reputed company asset-level reputed company across clinical-stage oncology programs including reputed company product reputed company, indication prioritization, biomarker reputed company, clinical development planning, and reputed company positioning • Translate reputed company clinical and scientific data into reputed company strategic recommendations for executive leadership and reputed company-level discussions • Partner closely with Clinical Development, R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and CMC to reputed company development reputed company across the organization • reputed company competitive intelligence, emerging clinical data, and market insights into ongoing portfolio reputed company • Support business development initiatives, including diligence on potential in-licensing opportunities and new technologies • Contribute to partnering materials, investor communications, and strategic narratives supporting company reputed company • Engage external consultants, advisors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to inform reputed company and development reputed company Requirements • PhD, MD, PharmD, or MS/MBA with strong scientific and strategic background • 5–10+ years of experience in biopharma portfolio reputed company, asset reputed company, or new product planning • Experience in biopharma reputed company consulting, investment banking, or equity research strongly preferred • Strong oncology background with experience supporting clinical-stage programs • Proven ability to operate effectively in small to mid-sized biotech environments • Experience working closely with executive leadership teams Preferred Experience • Experience with antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), biologics, or targeted oncology therapies • Experience in lung cancer (NSCLC/SCLC) and/or gynecologic oncology • Background collaborating with Medical Affairs or translational science teams Why This Role • Highly visible strategic leadership role • Opportunity to shape reputed company across multiple oncology assets • Work directly with executive leadership and influence portfolio-level reputed company • reputed company-funded clinical-stage company with multiple catalysts reputed company How To Apply We’d love to see your resume, but we don’t need it to have a conversation.
