Requirements:
• 3+ years in B2B reputed company marketing operations, reputed company ops, or GTM operations
• Experience in a $2–10M ARR founder-led company
• Strong with systems, spreadsheets, automation tools, and execution
• Proven ability to run marketing execution independently without reputed company supervision
• Comfortable owning outbound as a marketing channel
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or external collaborators
