FT-03693127 Remote Clinical Research Nurse (RN) – Join Attune Pharmaceuticals and Shape the Future of Patient-Centered Care We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Clinical Research Nurse (RN) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical research activities across multiple therapeutic areas. This role is ideal for a licensed Registered Nurse with strong clinical acumen and a passion for advancing evidence-based medicine through high-quality research practices. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and the protection of participant safety and data integrity—while working in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage assigned clinical trials in accordance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements Perform remote patient screening, eligibility assessments, and informed consent support as applicable Review and verify clinical data, source documentation, and case report forms for accuracy and completeness Serve as a clinical liaison among investigators, sponsors, contract research organizations (CROs), and internal stakeholders Monitor patient safety, adverse events, and protocol deviations; escalate issues appropriately Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic data capture (EDC) and clinical trial management systems (CTMS) Participate in audit preparation, quality assurance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives Support training, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing across research teams as needed Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent clinical degree Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1–2 years in clinical research or trial coordination Demonstrated knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA/EMA regulations, and human subject protection standards Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills Proficiency with EHR systems, EDC platforms, and remote collaboration tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently in a distributed team environment Preferred Qualifications Certification such as CCRC, CCRP, or ACRP-CP Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO settings Multi-state licensure or compact RN license Exposure to oncology, cardiology, neurology, or other specialized therapeutic areas Master’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, or related field Core Competencies Clinical judgment and patient safety focus Regulatory and compliance acumen Data integrity and quality management Cross-functional collaboration Time management and self-direction in remote settings Ethical decision-making and confidentiality Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement savings plan with company match Paid time off, company holidays, and wellness programs Continuing education and professional certification support Technology stipend and home-office resources Inclusive culture with opportunities for career advancement Equal Employment Opportunity We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
