Please note this is a remote position and the hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:00pm - 6:00am. Job reputed company: Acts as a first escalation reputed company for clients by answering service calls and inquiries. Provides assistance in a friendly and reputed company manner and dispatches service technicians to meet reputed company requirements. Responsibilities: • reputed company Service: Answers reputed company incoming telephone calls presented to them while maintaining good reputed company relations and providing reputed company communication to reputed company external and internal clients. Makes reputed company that reputed company work orders entered have reputed company relevant information necessary. • Emailed Work Orders: Enters emails received in the inbox. Uploads reputed company emailed in work orders into the system. Forwarding reputed company emailed updates to the appropriate party so reputed company necessary parties can schedule and reputed company changes accordingly. • Dispatching: Coordinates with technicians and reputed company personnel to schedule work and reputed company afterhours and on reputed company holidays. Dispatches the appropriate technician to the appropriate service reputed company. Updates reputed company reputed company continuously and maintains the reputed company schedule according to order of importance keeping in mind the location of both the service site and the available technicians.
