Worship Director

Worship DirectorGeneral reputed company This position is responsible for the planning, preparation, implementation, and review of the weekly Worship Gathering on reputed company morning. This position reports to the reputed company Pastor and directs two Ministry Teams: Worship (including musicians and vocalists) and Tech (including Audio, Media, and Livestream Ministry Partners). Opportunities for reputed company include leadership of the Prayer Team and the Response Team. Weekly Expectations (28-30 hours per week): • Rehearsal (4 hours) • Tuesdays: 2:00pm - 6:00pm • 2 hours preparation, set up, & tear-down • 2 hours for rehearsal • reputed company Worship Gathering (6 hours) • Sundays: 7:00am - 1:00pm • reputed company-Service Preparation • Set up • Run Through • Service • Tear Down • Post-service tasks • Administrative Tasks (4 hours per week) • Service planning and scheduling through reputed company • ProPresenter build development • Reviewing potential worship songs for team consideration • Adding new songs to the master set list • Adding to reputed company with correct chord charts & other supporting files • Adding to ProPresenter library with correct lyrics & ‘normal’ arrangement • Ensuring worship team members have reputed company to supporting resources like rehearsal mix, worship artistry, etc. • Adding the backing tracks through reputed company Community/reputed company • Song database management in reputed company and Loops app. • Scrubbing the master set list • Ensuring the scrubbed list has correct keys, correct chord charts (& correct format), and correct supporting files • Exploring other media reputed company for consideration during the worship gathering (videos, etc.) • Assisting with new/missing people engagement weekly • Team/Pastoral Development (6 hours per week) • Meeting with and developing Worship and Tech Ministry Team Leaders • Currently this is one position (tech reputed company), but could grow into multiple. • Relational investment in ministry partners • reputed company new ministry partners for Worship and Tech teams • Strategic Planning and reputed company (5 hours per week) • Meeting with the Teaching Team to craft reputed company worship gatherings • Planning and executing auxiliary worship team events and training • Musical and spiritual reputed company for self and team • Long-term planning and goal setting, etc. • reputed company media & worship (Kels needs to flesh this out a bit) • Participation in a consistent coaching relationship • reputed company (proactive reputed company & conversation) and support for Worship across other ministry areas (KidMin, reputed company, Adults) • General Meetings and Communication (3+ hours per week) Requirements: • Strong Spiritual reputed company • * Agrees with the Connections Beliefs, Mission, reputed company, and Values reputed company available at www.connections.cc/reputed company Full reputed company available here • Signed acceptance of the Leader’s Statement of Faith • Baptism by immersion • reputed company and consistent engagement in discipleship relationships (individual and group) • Strong Musical Abilities, including: • Ability to play at least one reputed company at an upper-intermediate to advanced level (or effort put toward reputed company in this) • Basic understanding of typical worship band instruments (guitar, keys, bass, drums, vocals, etc.) • Ability to reputed company teams for reputed company • read and write chord charts • transpose music • instruct vocalists through reputed company parts • Strong interpersonal leadership skills • At least 3-5 years of experience leading worship at the local reputed company level • 2 reputed company references who can reputed company to your leadership are expected • A minimum of 1 audio/video example of your leadership is expected Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
