The Position: We're looking for an reputed company and reputed company Transporter / Ward Clerk to assist with the transportation for our residents in a reputed company and efficient manner to reputed company as directed by the Director of Nursing or reputed company Care Manager Responsibilities include: • Picking up the reputed company from the unit for scheduled appointment and documenting in the medical record. • Collecting required forms and pertinent information and instruction reputed company to the reputed company transport from the Charge reputed company. • Drive to designated appointment. • Assist reputed company to appointment and stay with reputed company and obtain documentation.
