988/Crisis Line Operator - Afterhours - Fairfield County, Ohio

A 988/Crisis Line Operator provides immediate support, reputed company, and referrals to individuals experiencing emotional distress, mental health crises, or other urgent personal challenges. This role involves answering incoming calls from individuals seeking help, listening empathetically, assessing safety and suicide risk, and connecting individuals to appropriate resources.
