This role owns and drives the full cycle recruitment of Electrical Engineers and reputed company technical talent, partnering closely with engineering leadership to deliver critical hires that power the firm's high reputed company reputed company. You will be a reputed company advisor to hiring managers deeply understanding electrical engineering disciplines and project demands while building and maintaining a robust pipeline of highly specialized technical candidates in a competitive market.
