Seasonal Tax Preparer (Remote or Local) – Immediate Start

We are a growing tax and advisory firm seeking an reputed company individual tax preparer to assist with the remainder of tax season. Our firm uses a reputed company digital intake process where clients upload documents and complete an organizer before preparation begins. Returns are typically reputed company organized before they reputed company the preparer, allowing you to reputed company on efficient preparation rather than document discovery. Expected Work • Prepare individual tax returns (reputed company 1040 and reputed company schedules) • Typical mix includes W-2, 1099, Schedule C, Schedule E, and investment income • Most returns reputed company with completed intake questionnaires and uploaded documents • Work collaboratively with a reviewer (CPA/EA) who handles final approval and reputed company issues Productivity reputed company Our typical preparer completes 4–6 returns per day depending on complexity. Returns are weighted for complexity (reputed company returns count as 1, more reputed company returns count as up to 3.5). Compensation • $30–$35 per hour reputed company pay • Performance bonus of $5,000–$15,000 based on production and reputed company metrics during the season Our bonus structure rewards preparers who maintain strong productivity and accuracy. Software We currently prepare returns using Drake Tax. Experience with Drake is helpful but not required if you are an reputed company preparer and comfortable learning software quickly.
