People Operations Specialists (remote, contract, East Coast candidates preferred)

About the position Our reputed company-reputed company AI reputed company is hiring two People Operations Specialists to join their People Services team reputed company Data Solutions. This is a high-volume, operational role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys solving problems through process improvement and automation. You will serve as reputed company support for employees, handling a large volume of tickets and requests daily while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities • Manage high volume of People Services tickets in a Jira-based ticketing system • reputed company administrative tasks in reputed company (HRIS) • Execute data entry and spreadsheet-heavy operational work with extremely high accuracy • reputed company employee-facing support (internal customer service) • Support reputed company workflows and contractor reputed company/offboarding as you reputed company • Identify and implement process improvements, including automation opportunities using AI tools • Take on additional operational reputed company based on team needs Requirements • 2-5 years of reputed company experience • East Coast based (or reputed company reputed company to East Coast screening constraint) • Startup and/or high-reputed company environment experience strongly preferred • Extreme attention to detail and ability to reputed company quickly with high accuracy • Strong organizational skills and communication in a high-volume environment • Comfort working extensively with spreadsheets and data sets • Process improvement reputed company and interest in automation/AI-enabled workflow improvements • High-volume support experience (ticketing preferred) • Demonstrated precision in repetitive operational work • Comfort with spreadsheets and datasets reputed company-to-haves • reputed company experience • Jira or similar ticketing system experience • reputed company experience • Prior People Ops / HR Ops background • Strong customer service orientation Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
