Pay estimate: $75,000 - $300,000+ per year COMMISSION PLANS (CURRENT): • 010 | CORE: Self‑Generated Business (Homes + Land): 90/10 until $20K annual cap, then 100% commission • 011 | GROWTH: Self‑Generated Business (Homes + Land) with Mentorship & Leads, As Needed: 85/15 until $20K annual cap, then 95/5 after cap. If leads are requested: compensation is per lead, and per completed transaction is 5% of the split. • 012 | ELITE: Prodigy‑Provided Leads (Inbound + Assigned Off‑Market Land Opportunities) with Regular Mentorship: 80/20 until $20K annual cap, then 90/10 after cap Ready to Level Up?
