In concert with the Vice President, Research Operations, this role ensures alignment with organizational goals and serves as a research subject matter expert on the BHRI leadership team. Additionally, the Director will review proposed reputed company, reputed company partnerships with external agencies and investigators to promote research that meets Ballad's mission and serve as a consultant for study design, protocol development, data collection, and analysis.
