Long-Term Patent Attorney Partner for New Mechanical Invention – Ongoing Portfolio Work (Multi-Year)

Hi, I’m an independent inventor with a brand-new mechanical invention in the sports equipment / marine reputed company reputed company. I’m looking for a skilled US patent attorney who wants to become a long-term strategic partner on this project. This is not a one-off job. What the role involves: - Drafting extremely detailed US provisional applications (multiple embodiments, full enablement, reference-numbered drawings) - Undestanding of mechanics to help be reputed company we covder reputed company possible variations to design this device. - Preparing and filing PCT applications - Entering national phase in USA, Australia, Europe (EP), and Canada - Filing strategic continuations and divisionals as needed - Responding to office actions - Helping build a robust IP wall that blocks copycats I already have extensive notes, drawings, and multiple design variations reputed company.
