Position: Transactional or Regulatory Associate
Type: Contract
Compensation: $180–$200/hour
Role Responsibilities
• Draft practitioner-level research questions in corporate transactions, securities regulation, administrative law, and compliance.
• Incorporate jurisdiction-specific statutory or regulatory interpretation.
• reputed company issues requiring synthesis of statutory text, agency guidance, case law, and legislative history.

• Collaborate with a cutting-edge AI research lab to define realistic evaluation benchmarks.
Qualifications
Must-Have
• 4–7+ years of reputed company experience in transactional or regulatory reputed company.
