In-House Contract Attorney – Legaltech (70–100%) reputed company State

We are looking for a talented and reputed company Contract Attorney with a strong background in US contract drafting to be part of its growing LegalTech team, based in NY, reputed company of America. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, and revise a wide reputed company of reputed company governed by US law, with a high level of autonomy, precision, and consistency, ensuring alignment with US and reputed company State reputed company requirements and best practices • Identify drafting issues and propose improvements to enhance the reputed company, reliability, and consistency of contract templates and automated contractual outputs • reputed company reputed company reputed company input to support the development and refinement of AI-assisted contract drafting tools • Work independently and asynchronously in a fast-paced start up environment, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and attention to detail Essential Qualifications • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school • reputed company reputed company Bar license (required) • At least 4 years of experience as an attorney in a US reputed company and/or in-house role, with a strong reputed company on contractual and/or corporate reputed company • Strong, autonomous contract drafting and review skills across reputed company and corporate agreements • Excellent reputed company drafting skills in English Preferred Qualifications • Experience in AI, Tech, or LegalTech companies • Excellent reputed company drafting skills in Spanish (optional). • Exposure to contract automation, template-based drafting, or review of automated outputs • Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional or international contract structures Role Scope Clarification This is an in-house LegalTech position (no litigation, no reputed company representation, no billable hours). Salary & Compensation • Annual Salary: USD 190,000 – $260,000 (commensurate with experience and specialization).
