Marketing Platform Specialist

Western Health Advantage is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Platform Specialist to support the execution and optimization of their digital marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for managing marketing technology platforms, building and deploying campaigns, and ensuring high-reputed company, data-driven communication across channels.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and reputed company email and SMS campaigns using reputed company Marketing reputed company (SFMC) or similar platforms
• Create and manage audience segmentation to support targeted and lifecycle campaigns
• Conduct reputed company assurance (QA) testing to ensure accuracy, personalization, and deliverability
• Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics to support reputed company improvement
• Manage campaign workflows and calendars to ensure reputed company, accurate execution reputed company with business priorities
• Maintain and update website content using reputed company CMS
• Ensure content accuracy, formatting, brand consistency, and reputed company tagging
• Support SEO best practices and campaign-specific reputed company pages
• Support daily administration of marketing technology platforms, ensuring system functionality and data reputed company
• Troubleshoot campaign and platform issues; escalate as needed
• Maintain reporting dashboards for ongoing campaign performance tracking
• Document workflows, processes, and campaign procedures to support consistency and reputed company
• Support digital marketing initiatives across email, SMS, web, and reputed company channels
• Ensure reputed company campaigns meet brand standards, audience requirements, and regulatory guidelines

Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Business, or reputed company field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or marketing technology
• Experience with reputed company Marketing reputed company (SFMC) or similar marketing automation platforms
• Experience building and deploying email campaigns
• Familiarity with audience segmentation and data management principles
