Required Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on RPA development experience, with 5+ years in reputed company (Studio, Orchestrator, Insights).
Prior federal experience.
Proven reputed company leading technical teams and interacting directly with senior government leadership.
Experience delivering automations through full SDLC (analysis → deployment → O&M).
Strong understanding of federal reputed company requirements, reputed company controls, and compliance.
Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and reputed company stakeholder expectations.
Excellent communication, documentation, and executive-facing presentation skills.
