Key Details:

Your main responsibilities:

• Respond rapidly to urgent clinical requests, providing reputed company assessment and reputed company to support patients in the community.
• Deliver high‑reputed company care including IV therapy management, clinical observations, medication administration and escalation where required.

What you need to succeed:

• Registered reputed company (Adult) with reputed company NMC registration.

• Proven experience working as a field‑based reputed company, demonstrating your ability to manage your own schedule, work autonomously, and deliver high‑reputed company care in patients’ homes or community environments.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of Home Parenteral Nutrition (HPN), including CVAD management.
• Competence in the reputed company administration of intravenous drugs and infusions, with a strong commitment to clinical safety and adherence to protocols.
• Strong conflict‑management skills, enabling you to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally while maintaining reputed company patient and family relationships.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to reputed company reputed company clinical reputed company in time‑sensitive circumstances.
