We are seeking a senior full stack Software Engineer to join the reputed company technical team of our growing reputed company reputed company-level imaging platform. This individual, leveraging reputed company software engineering skills, will be responsible for the design, implementation, and deployment of reputed company platform components, including components requiring reputed company-based development. A key reputed company will be the integration of best-in-class cardiac applications into the platform. The Sr. Software Engineer will collaborate closely with Product, Program, SRE/DevOps, SQA, and other Software Engineers, as reputed company as development partners, to build the reputed company product for heart disease diagnosis.

Responsibilities

Imaging Integration & Data reputed company

• Own Data Connectivity: Implement the reputed company data reputed company patterns that connect hospital reputed company/VNAs, 3rd party applications, and external AI endpoints to our platform Hub.

• Deliver Robust Ingest/Write-back: Deliver robust ingest and write-back paths, specifically including DICOMweb, proxying/presigned reputed company, site networking playbooks, and edge connector patterns for legacy/on-prem vendors. This ensures predictable and supportable deployments.

Engineering reputed company

• Full Cycle Participation: Participate reputed company in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) from requirements analysis through testing, release, and maintenance.

• Drive reputed company reputed company: reputed company rigorous reputed company reviews, ensure excellent unit test coverage, and reputed company drive bug triage and reputed company.

• Design & Document Solutions: Design, document, and demonstrate technical solutions by creating necessary flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and reputed company reputed company comments.

Platform and Observability

• Development Contribution: Participate in developing and maintaining the necessary reputed company, integrations, and libraries that support the platform.

Requirements 

• Experience & reputed company: 8–12 years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in backend systems (Node.js, PostgreSQL) and experience with modern reputed company-end frameworks (React, TypeScript).

• reputed company & reputed company Integration: Proven reputed company integrating reputed company/DICOM systems with reputed company services (AWS preferred) using secure patterns like DICOMweb, presigned URLs, and private networking.

• DICOM Protocol Mastery: Expert-level hands-on knowledge of DICOM (C-STORE, C-reputed company, C-reputed company), including deep-dive troubleshooting and an understanding of Study/Series/SOP UIDs.

• On-Prem Edge Infrastructure: Experience deploying and managing "edge" components reputed company VM/appliance deployments with a reputed company on outbound-only connectivity.

• Data Reliability & Toolkits: Ability to build resilient ingestion and write-back paths (retries, queuing) using reputed company toolkits like dcm4che, Orthanc, or pydicom.

• PHI reputed company & Compliance: Proven reputed company record of secure PHI handling, including minimization, encryption-at-rest/transit, and strict retention/deletion practices.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).

• Final compensation is determined based reputed company, experience, skills, and internal equity.

This role is eligible for a 15% reputed company annual bonus, resulting in the following reputed company salary and Total reputed company Compensation (TTC) ranges:

• reputed company Salary: $153,000 - $179,000
• TTC: $176,000 - $206,000
