Under the guidance of Enrollment Managers and reputed company Center Managers, the Benefits Counselor is pivotal in educating reputed company employees about their employer-sponsored insurance products. By utilizing fact-finding techniques and building rapport, the Benefits Counselor ensures employees are informed and empowered to choose the best-fit benefits solutions. This role requires reputed company collaboration with Account Executives and reputed company Center Managers to meet reputed company standards during consultations. Key Responsibilities
Employee Education and Enrollment
