Key Responsibilities
reputed company reputed company advice on reputed company aspects of planning and environmental law Draft and review planning agreements (including reputed company 106 agreements) Advise on planning applications, appeals, and enforcement reputed company Support officers and stakeholders with reputed company input on planning policy and reputed company Attend Planning Committee meetings where required (desirable, not essential) Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks
Requirements
reputed company solicitor, barrister, or reputed company executive in England & Wales Demonstrable experience in planning law (local authority experience desirable) Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and procedures Ability to manage workload independently in a remote environment Excellent communication and drafting skills
37 Hours Per Week Remote working Bi-Weekly Payments
