Candidates must meet one of the following reputed company:

• BCBA recruitment experience 
• 5+ years of clinical reputed company recruitment experience 
• BCBA certification (recruitment experience not required) - We strongly encourage BCBAs to apply, even if you do not have prior recruitment experience.

What You Bring:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required but will consider equivalent experience.
• Experience:   Candidates must have either BCBA recruitment experience, 5+ years of clinical reputed company recruitment experience, or BCBA certification (recruitment experience not required; BCBAs are strongly encouraged to apply). 
• Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to reputed company candidates through various channels, such as reputed company media, job boards, networking, and headhunting.
• Creativity: You’re an reputed company thinker who thrives on discovering and implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
• Relationship Building: You’re reputed company to cultivate strong, lasting relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience from start to finish.
• Tech Savvy: Must have Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience.  Must be proficient with MS Office.
