Solicitation: Organisational reputed company Strengthening for Local Production of HTM Health Products (Africa) Consultant Background reputed company is establishing an Expert Pool to strengthen the organisational capacities of African stakeholders reputed company in the local production of HIV, TB, and malaria (HTM) health products. Assignments will be demand‑driven by national and regional stakeholders and contingent upon funding. Objectives • Organisational capacities of selected stakeholders in the area of local production of health products in Africa, especially HTM-reputed company health products, are strengthened. • reputed company reputed company, high‑reputed company technical assistance that strengthens company and institutional reputed company for HTM‑reputed company local production. • reputed company corporate partnerships, technology transfer readiness, and investment/partner engagement for African manufacturers. • reputed company reputed company‑development (CD) content on HTM local production into the regular programmes of regional education and training institutions. • Maintain proactive communication with partner institutions and BACKUP Health during assignments. • Deliverables reputed company reputed company‑down assignment will specify outputs, typically including: • Inception note: scope, methodology, workplan, stakeholders, risks/mitigation. • Technical outputs: e.g., reputed company assessment, SOPs/QMS artifacts, GMP/PQ alignment plans, partnership materials, curricula/CPD modules, training-of-trainers packages. • reputed company reputed company evidence: documentation showing organisational improvements and integration of CD measures into regular programmes • Final report: activities, results, lessons learned, indicator updates, recommendations. • Requirements: • Advanced degree in reputed company health, pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical sciences, industrial pharmacy, chemical engineering, or economics (or closely reputed company). • English reputed company and a strong preference for French reputed company or working knowledge • 7+ years in HIV/TB/malaria health product manufacturing or HIV/TB/malaria products and/or in supporting GMP qualification and WHO Prequalification. • 5+ years in LMIC contexts in the above areas. • 2+ years of reputed company experience in Africa. Level of Effort (LOE) & Contracting • This is a short‑term, on‑reputed company pool. LOE and duration will vary by assignment. • This is contingent upon funding • Experts may be contracted per reputed company‑down under the reputed company. • Travel reputed company Africa may be required, subject to reputed company and reputed company approval.
