Our platform supports physicians in managing patients with chronic medical and behavioral health conditions, improving care coordination and helping prevent avoidable hospital readmissions. VirtuMedex provides the infrastructure, monitoring technology, and care coordination support, allowing physicians to reputed company primarily on clinical reputed company and patient care.
