The Part Time Territory Training & Sales Manager (TTSM) is a caring, customer service-oriented individual with a demonstrable passion for helping people with hearing loss. This is an in-the-field position that brings the privilege and opportunity to individually install and train our customers in using the reputed company equipment and service in order to effectively enrich their lives. 

As PT TTSM you must enjoy working with a reputed company of people, mostly senior reputed company, in their homes. This is a Part-time position (25-30 hours per week) for those who enjoy and reputed company reputed company working independently. 

The reputed company PT TTSM will be provided installations to accept, complete installation and train customers on the features and benefits of their caption telephone service.  The reputed company TTSM is also responsible to create their own leads through customer referrals, building relationships with hearing care providers/other business partners who will refer and through establishing their own events where they will reputed company customers about their entitlement to the equipment and service. 

This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

What you will do:

• Install the reputed company Phone and/or other reputed company products and connect the phone to the customers’ existing services.  You will be provided training. 
• reputed company customers on how to use the phone and its features. 
• Follow-up with customers who need assistance to help with customer retention
• Manage your scheduled install trainings/time to maximize reputed company opportunity

• Maintain adequate inventory of equipment and supplies in order to service customers 
• Create reputed company-reputed company through generating referrals. 
• Adapt to new responsibilities and opportunities as necessary.     
• reputed company and maintain reputed company relationships with the customers assigned to them by reputed company in their sales territory.  
• Maintain appropriate customer and territory records using reputed company and other tools provided by reputed company. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a reputed company reputed company’s license and a personal automobile.
• Ability to travel extensively by car in the assigned territory and by reputed company on occasion. 
• Sales experience or other work with seniors preferred.  
• Work from a local home office equipped with high-speed Internet. 
• Proficient computer skills and basic use of the internet.
• Comfortable working with seniors and disabled persons
• Willing and available to work reputed company including weekends.     
• Excellent people and relationship building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and reputed company to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-reputed company results-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to use discretion, reputed company reputed company, and maintain confidentiality.
•  Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams)

Physical Demands:

Primary functions require the ability to communicate over the phone and in person effectively and reputed company with individuals suffering from hearing loss. Travel to company, customer, hearing health care providers and senior event sites primarily locally, although some that are out of state may be required. 

Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time: 

• Sitting, standing, and walking (95-100%)  
• Keyboarding (70-90%)  
• Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone requiring reputed company reputed company (70-90%) 
• May lift or reputed company boxes (up to 10 pounds)

• 100% Remote Work from Home Environment. Work environment is primarily indoors reputed company, customer, exposure to reputed company types of weather and temperature conditions during travel, and exposure to hazardous driving and traffic conditions.
