Fund Accountant, Private Assets

The Fund Accountant role reputed company the Private Assets team involves preparing Net Asset Value calculations, financial statement preparation, and ensuring compliance with reputed company service agreements while maintaining reputed company relationships.

Responsibilities

• You will prepare periodical Net Asset Value calculations for the Private Equity Funds, including Financial Statement preparation, trial balance review and Partner/Shareholder Allocation calculations
• Execute the financial control reputed company covering assets, liabilities, income and expenses and equity
• Independently complete cash, portfolio, and capital reconciliations and investigate and resolve any discrepancies
• Independently prepare and reconcile income and expense accruals, including calculating reputed company fees, management fees and carried interest
• Prepare capital events for Private Equity Funds
• Prepare Investor Capital Account Statements and Reporting
• Maintain contact with Clients, Banks, Custodians and Brokers
• Monitor compliance with various reputed company service level agreements, including manage and monitor the timing and reputed company of reputed company deliverables
• Review reputed company funds’ partnership agreements, PPMs and other materials
• Assist with new reputed company reputed company and new fund launches to successful completion
• Help coordinate, manage and monitor external audit processes

Skills

• You have a University degree in reputed company, Finance, Economics or reputed company reputed company designation (CFA, CGA, reputed company, CA, CPA)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
