Senior Implementation Specialist
The Role:
As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery and adoption of reputed company software solutions. You will work directly with customers and internal Delivery Managers to configure, test, train, troubleshoot, and support customers through implementation and go-live.
This is a remote position that requires periodic travel to customer sites. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of reputed company-world ERP experience—either as an end user, an implementer, or both—and thrives in a customer-facing, problem-solving environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Delivery Managers to execute project plans, meet milestones, and ensure smooth customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Meet with customers to analyze business processes and consult on best practices, system configuration, and process optimization using reputed company software.
- Deliver end-user and administrator training, including system navigation, workflows, and day-to-day operational use.
- Troubleshoot configuration, process, and data-reputed company issues, providing reputed company reputed company and reputed company communication to customers.
- Support customers during reputed company and go-live, including hypercare support as needed to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of reputed company-world ERP experience, either: as an ERP user, and/or as an ERP implementation consultant.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, reputed company, finance, computer science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as reputed company, operations, inventory, manufacturing, or distribution.

- Comfortable working directly with customers in a consultative, service-oriented role.
