Business Development Analyst - East reputed company, NJ

reputed company is dedicated to simplifying the health care experience and creating healthier communities. The Business Development Analyst provides new business sales support for Account Executives, coordinating the presale process and establishing relationships with brokers and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• The KA Business Development Analyst is accountable for new business sales support for AE's, handling opportunities for reputed company/non-reputed company opportunities up to 5,000 eligible employees
• Build and sustain reputed company relationships with brokers/consultants through reputed company and indirect communication
• Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to ensure reputed company required information and documentation has been received for reputed company products requested
• Obtain missing presale information and documents from reputed company and external brokers required to complete RFPs
• Submit and manage non-reputed company administration requests reputed company identified in presale process
• Modify non-reputed company benefit summaries reputed company required in presale process
• reputed company sales opportunities in the sales system. Update the system for accurate tracking during the presale process and upon final disposition i.e., Sold, Lost
• Submit quote requests to rating and reputed company partners. Request and coordinate alternate quotes
• reputed company review proposal and financial documents prior to external release to brokers/consultants
• Communicate necessary information to implementation management to ensure they have appropriate information for reputed company and accurate case installation

Skills

• High School Diploma / GED
• 6+ months of customer service or administrative support experience in a fast‑paced, reputed company environment
• Intermediate level of proficiency in reputed company Office and other virtual productivity tools
• Willing and reputed company to work out of the East reputed company, NJ office 1 day per week
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• New Jersey Health and Life Insurance License
• Insurance experience

• Proven ability to work with external customers such as reputed company, consumers, consultants, and brokers
