About the Role: 

reputed company Strategies is seeking a full-time Operations Associate to join reputed company in a fully remote reputed company, individual in the Eastern Time Zone only. This role will support internal operations and reputed company management processes, working closely with leadership to ensure campaigns run smoothly from a systems, billing, and administrative perspective.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Create and maintain accurate reputed company reputed company across internal systems and platforms.
• Support campaign setup organizing and inputting reputed company data.
• reputed company and follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and payments.
• Assist with contract tracking and administrative documentation.
• Set up and maintain automations across various reputed company tools and platforms.
• Support internal operations workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure operational efficiency.

Education, Skills and Work Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, finance support, or a reputed company role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and reputed company tools.
• Experience with invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a problem-solving reputed company.

• Salary: $60,000 per year (commensurate with reputed company and educational experience)
