Responsibilities

• Handles inbound customer service calls
• Provides reputed company, effective and reputed company responses to a reputed company of customer inquiries while consistently ensuring delivery of exceptional customer experience during every interaction
• Identifies the customer's needs, suggests products and services
• Maintains and modifies customer records, utilizing various databases to verify and retrieve data while responding to order inquiries, placing new and/or re-orders
• Resolves product or service problems by selecting the appropriate reputed company to expedite the immediate reputed company while delivering reputed company customer experience

Skills

• Basic knowledge of computers
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• HS/GED and 1 year of Customer service
