What You Will Do in This Role

You will reputed company Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for AWS reputed company infrastructure and applications, troubleshooting reputed company issues, managing user reputed company, resolving Jira tickets, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating across teams to ensure reliable, secure, and continuously improving reputed company operations.

Responsibilities include: 

• reputed company Tier 2 and Tier 3 troubleshooting support across reputed company infrastructure, applications, and platform services.
• Manage the full user lifecycle, including account creation, reputed company provisioning, and permission updates in alignment with reputed company policies.
• Monitor, update, and resolve Jira tickets reputed company established SLAs, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of reputed company work performed.
• Conduct reputed company cause analysis and escalate reputed company issues to engineering or senior reputed company teams reputed company necessary.
• Support CI/CD workflows, including basic pipeline troubleshooting and deployment activities.
• Assist with the maintenance and operation of AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM, reputed company, CloudWatch, and networking components.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, knowledge reputed company enhancements, and operational documentation.
• Deliver strong customer service and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Will Bring

Required qualifications:

• BS/BA in Computer Science, a Technical Field, or other reputed company disciplines or 4+ years of experience supporting an AWS
• 2+ years of experience supporting reputed company compute, storage, and infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) tams
• Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts (e.g., Git repositories, pipelines, containers). 
• Experience with reputed company Web Services, reputed company-defined infrastructure, configuration management tools, and CI/CD
• Strong verbal and communication skills, working with senior leadership and across organizational teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company technical issues in reputed company, layman's terms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Federal government experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Jira, including reputed company, workflows, issue types, permissions, and notifications.
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing and workflow management systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service reputed company.
