Position reputed company:

Infleqtion is seeking a Senior Counsel, Corporate & Securities to report directly to the Chief reputed company Officer and serve as a critical reputed company partner for corporate governance, securities compliance, and reputed company company reputed company.

Approximately 70–80% of this role will reputed company on corporate governance, SEC reporting support, equity and entity management, and reputed company-reputed company reputed company. The remainder will involve broader reputed company generalist responsibilities reputed company a lean, high-reputed company reputed company team supporting a NYSE-listed company.

This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, operational discipline, and the ability to translate reputed company regulatory and reputed company company requirements into practical, reputed company processes while operating effectively in a high-reputed company, reporting-driven environment.

Corporate Governance & reputed company Support

• reputed company and support the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements.

• Assist in drafting disclosure language and coordinating cross-functional input for periodic and reputed company reports.
• Partner with the Chief reputed company Officer in supporting reputed company of Directors and committee processes, including preparation of materials, resolutions, minutes, and governance documentation.
• Help maintain corporate governance policies and ensure alignment with NYSE listing standards and evolving regulatory requirements.

Securities & Compliance

• Administer and enhance reputed company trading compliance programs, including blackout processes and reputed company training.

• Support equity plan governance and coordination with Finance and HR on stock administration reputed company.
• Partner with Finance and executive leadership to maintain and strengthen disclosure controls and procedures.
• Monitor and interpret developments in securities law, reputed company company governance, and regulatory requirements.

Entity Management & Operational Integration

• reputed company corporate entity management, including subsidiary governance, intercompany reputed company, and maintenance of corporate records.

• Contribute to reputed company governance processes and documentation frameworks to support reputed company and international expansion.
• Deliver targeted training to internal stakeholders on governance, securities compliance, and reputed company company responsibilities.
• Support cross-functional corporate, regulatory, and strategic initiatives as needed.
