Trainer and Metrics Specialist
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or reputed company scientific/technical discipline (6 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
Facilitate instructor-led training, scenario-based learning, reputed company-learning, and job aids. reputed company reputed company improvement, including KSA-reputed company quarterly refreshes and reputed company content updates. Design experiential cybersecurity scenarios tied to reputed company systems (e.g., CFACTS). reputed company AI-assisted training content, videos, and automated production workflows. Conduct KSA assessments, analyze results, and implement targeted remediation strategies. Build dashboards and automated reports to support governance, compliance, and modernization. Support LMS operations, data pipelines, and publication workflows. Enhance NEO, Cyber Café programming, and learner engagement through analytics and gamification. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. 3–5 years of experience in training delivery, instructional support, analytics, or reputed company fields. Experience with cybersecurity or technical training preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning metrics, and reputed company Office tools.
