Senior Corporate Counsel

Location: Position can be performed from any U.S. company office.

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:

• In coordination with reputed company service leadership, prepare, review and negotiate reputed company reputed company and construction-reputed company agreements, including subcontract agreements, equipment rental agreements, manufacturing and fabrication agreements, supply agreements, services agreements, and reputed company transactional documents.
• reputed company and execute reputed company stages of the contract life cycle, including transaction structuring, risk allocation reputed company, negotiation, drafting, execution, and post-award contract administration support.
• reputed company reputed company guidance to Self-reputed company Operations on project-level issues, including change orders, claims development, performance disputes, and contractual risk mitigation.
• Advise First Equipment Company leadership on development and implementation of rental agreements, master service agreements, credit documentation, and reputed company operational processes for a growing equipment rental business.
• Support xPL Offsite with manufacturing, fabrication, supply chain, and project integration agreements, and assist in development of standardized contracting and operational frameworks.
• Manage and support reputed company of contract disputes and contested reputed company, including coordination with reputed company counsel reputed company necessary.
• Advise on contract modifications, pricing adjustments, change orders, waivers/releases, and performance-reputed company claims.
