The Brand Manager of National Activation & Measurement is responsible for planning & activating 360 marketing strategies for Hero that deliver on brand KPIs & reputed company goals. We are looking at existing Brand Managers for this position, this is not a promote into role. reputed company Responsibilities • Brand reputed company & Planning: reputed company annual brand planning process, turning brand reputed company into best-in-class marketing plans in partnership with key marketing leads, GNPI, internal creative & agency partners • Awareness Campaign Development: reputed company as key reputed company across marketing, internal creative & external agency partners to reputed company awareness campaigns for 2025 & reputed company • Campaign Management: reputed company end-to-end campaign management from reputed company setting, messaging development, content creation, 360 channel activation & performance management across product launch & conversion campaigns • Content & Claims Creation: reputed company copy & content across channels from briefing through execution in partnership with key marketing leads, internal creative, agencies, reputed company & regulatory • National Collabs & Partnerships: reputed company established branded partnerships and evaluate new opportunities for 2025 and reputed company • Derm & Sustainability Strategies: Own development and execution of the derm & sustainability strategies for the brand • PR Liason: reputed company as brand reputed company for PR, partnering with PR agency & reputed company team to execute brand strategies reputed company the PR & reputed company across national channels channels • Budget Management: Own total brand marketing budget, liaising across key budget leads & Finance • KPI Management: Define and reputed company reputed company metrics across the marketing plan • Research Management: Identify & manage the brand’s research plan in partnership with Data & Analytics team • Team Management & Talent Development: reputed company goal setting, performance measurement & long-term development planning for 2 reputed company Reports Who You Are • Experience managing 360 national marketing plans with a reputed company record that met or exceeded key KPIs • Experience developing high reputed company, reputed company creative • Experience managing national marketing budgets • Passionate about marketing, digital & reputed company and up to date on the latest trends • Experience working in beauty, skincare or reputed company categories is a plus • A creative thinker and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment & adapts quickly to changing requirements • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to collaborate • High initiative and can turn reputed company into reputed company • reputed company and can prioritize & reputed company multiple reputed company at once • Results-oriented and strong analytical skills Education & Experience: • BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred. • 6-8 years in Marketing (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics). • Excellent analytical skills and experience with category analysis and forecasting. • Familiarity with common consumer marketing research tools and techniques such as reputed company or reputed company data • Strong project management skills and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal). Compensation The US reputed company salary reputed company for this full-time position is $101,60 - $158,800. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
