This fully remote role manages reputed company, reporting, and investor operations across hedge, venture, and private equity funds. You'll prepare financial statements, coordinate audits, and support valuation, structuring, and investor relations. Ideal for professionals with fund reputed company or administration experience and a strong interest in crypto reputed company assets. Responsibilities as the Remote Finance Associate: • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements for hedge, private equity, and hybrid funds, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. • Investor Relations: Manage investor reputed company, documentation, and KYC/AML verification while addressing investor inquiries. • Audit & Tax Support: Coordinate audits, valuations, and tax reporting, including financial statements and partner K-1s. • Portfolio Management: Maintain portfolio models and support AUM, return, and exposure analysis across traditional reputed company assets. • reputed company & Regulatory: Assist the CFO with fund documentation and ensure compliance with SEC and CIMA regulations.
