We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Advocate to join our team, focusing on our SalonBiz Software. SalonBiz is a single solution for unlimited growth for salons and spas, providing the tools salons need to thrive like appointment booking, integrated payments, inventory management, and comprehensive reporting. Its SaaS platform and support provide solutions to empower salon staff and effectively run a business. As a Customer Care Advocate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience with SalonBiz, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support.
**About the Role**
As a Customer Care Advocate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, and providing exceptional support to ensure their success with SalonBiz. You'll be passionate about creating an outstanding experience for each of our customers, taking calls, emails, and text requests, answering questions, and working to resolve issues. You'll also be responsible for software training, mastering the SalonBiz solution, and providing technical support, including application installs specific to SalonBiz and learning Oracle SQL developer.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Passionately support SalonBiz's commitment to creating an outstanding experience for each of our customers
• Take calls, emails, and text requests from SalonBiz customers, answering questions, working to resolve issues, and ensuring our customers have the support they need to be successful
• Provide software training for customers
• Master the SalonBiz solution to provide customers with guidance on how to best use our product
• Offer technical support, application installs specific to SalonBiz, and learn Oracle SQL developer
• Express empathy for each customer's situation and work to understand and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
• Reduce cancellations by solving problems and offering solutions to customers experiencing any issues
**What You'll Bring:**
• Minimum one-year related work experience in a similar role
• Some call centre or technical software experience
• Friendly, professional, and committed to creating long-term relationships with our customers
• Strong writing and phone skills
• Critical thinker and a willingness to problem-solve
• A team player who performs well independently
• Ability to multitask, take direction, and execute with precision
• Confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment
• Experience using the SalonBiz software in a salon is a plus
**Work Environment and Culture:**

**Compensation:**
The target base compensation for this position is up to $18p/h USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
