Our mission is to provide access to comprehensive animal healthcare at an affordable price, delivering flexible coverage, an easy claims process, and excellent customer service. **Job Summary** Pets Best, a subsidiary of arenaflex, is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative who will report to the Customer Service Supervisor. The Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service support to policyholders, third-party referral sources, and veterinary clinics.
