**Key Responsibilities**
* Make outgoing calls, emails, texts, and chats to clients to provide exceptional service and support
* Explain and update benefit options to ensure clients understand their coverage and options
* Maintain accurate records and policy details to ensure seamless client interactions
* Provide excellent service with a friendly attitude, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with a virtual team to hit daily goals and achieve sales targets
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**

* Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
* Must be willing to obtain a license in Life and Health Insurance to provide expert guidance to clients

* Familiarity with insurance products and services, including life, health, and retirement plans
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
