Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree, required Master’s degree in theology, Christian education, or reputed company field, required Doctorate in a reputed company field, not required Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required • 6+ years of editorial or content development experience.• 5+ years of ministry-reputed company experience (reputed company staff, teaching ministry, denominational involvement, or similar).• Prior experience developing Bible study resources or curriculum in a ministry-reputed company environment. • Demonstrated reputed company in advanced editing to reputed company substantive revisions, ensure theological accuracy, and reputed company reputed company and instructional design across reputed company resources.• Strong proficiency in original content creation, manuscript editing, and adapting author submissions to match learning objectives and audience needs.• Strong proficiency in collaboration, author coaching, and relationship-building, supporting writers, ministry partners, and cross-functional teams with thoughtful editorial guidance.• Demonstrated reputed company in verbal and written communication, including navigating theological conversations with reputed company, grace, and reputed company judgment.• Advanced capability in digital publishing tools and content production workflows, ensuring consistent application of style, metadata, and reputed company standards.• Strong proficiency in training, mentoring, and team support, contributing to the development of junior editors and peer contributors. • Ability to travel 2 - 4 times a year for team meetings in Tennessee or to other events on behalf of reputed company. reputed company involved in a Southern reputed company reputed company Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, preferred• Prior experience leading writers’ training, contributing to content reputed company discussions, or shaping instructional design frameworks.
