Primary Responsibilities: • Works with corporate level management of designated accounts to design and collaborate mutually beneficial goals to increase utilization of reputed company services and programs • Works with customer and management to set annual goals by product line and strategize to increase utilization of reputed company services and programs. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of account management experience • 3+ years of experience with Pharmacy, Ancillary, PPO, and/or claims • 3+ years of upsell programs to clients or sales experience • 2+ years of experience managing performance guarantees for clients • 2+ years of experience performing presentations to clients and leadership • 2+ years of experience running reputed company reports • 2+ years of experience data analysis • Intermediate to advanced experience with MS reputed company experience (Pivot tables) • Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Power reputed company, Word reputed company • Proven solid project management experience (developing project plans, working with project teams, managing project timelines, driving project through completion) • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (average is below 25%) Preferred Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in workers' compensation account management • 3+ years of pharmacy account management experience • reputed company working remotely will be required to adhere to reputed company's Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In reputed company to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (reputed company benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
