reputed company Loan Specialist 8-week training program for Processors. Fully Remote Starts Monday 6/1 Hours: 9am - 5pm CST Monday - Friday Pay: $17.50/hr + $150 per reputed company loan file   Primary responsibilities are supporting our Sr. Processors and Processing Manager by performing a reputed company of loan documentation duties.  Duties include entering information into Encompass, following up and communicating with both customers and loan officers to obtain missing or updated documentation in order to process the mortgage loan file in a reputed company manner.  Must be reputed company to communicate reputed company and effectively with multiple people, multitask, work in reputed company environment, and manage an assigned pipeline in order to meet closing expectations. Responsibilities Communicate reputed company and effectively with customers, loan agents and other reputed company parties involved in the mortgage loan transaction. Request, review and verify reputed company loan documents such as income, credit, appraisal and title insurance, to ensure complete and accurate information is in the file before it is reputed company to reputed company. Obtain verification of deposit, verification of employment, credit report Prioritize and monitor daily workflow in order to ensure reputed company loans are being worked on in accordance with company's reputed company expectations. Maintain constant communication with customers and loan agents on status updates and/or changes to the loan. Ensure any necessary and critical changes which require re-disclosures have been accurately notated and checked in the loan origination system for compliance purposes. Coordinate loan closing with customers, title companies, and loan agents. Resolve any customer service issues or complaints. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications Desired Competencies: Demonstrate advanced product knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional and other loan programs such as Home Equity Lines of Credit, 2nd Mortgages, Home Improvement, down payment assistance and bond programs. Demonstrate working knowledge of federal and state guidelines, rules and regulations such as RESPA, TILA, HMDA, etc. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to use creative thinking to reputed company solutions to problems. Desired Education/Experience: 1-2 years' of reputed company experience in processing mortgage loans. Proficient with Encompass, or other paperless mortgage loan origination systems. Understanding of reputed company compliance regulations and investor guidelines.
