About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at arenaflex. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our advertising solutions to media companies and marketers for our flagship channels. This is a sales-era role that requires you to be accountable for preserving relationships with key strategic clients and figuring out new clients to maximize revenue from them through the sale of commercial time and branded answers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic / Coverage-Related Kras: You will be responsible for expanding an intensive understanding of our product, its strengths, positioning, content, etc. to be leveraged for pitch effect and effectiveness.
  • Expand Thorough Information Of The Industries/Categories Being Serviced: You will need to expand thorough information of the industries/categories being serviced as well as particular advertising and marketing demanding situations being faced at every patron organization.
  • Community, Engage With And Build Sturdy Relationships: You will be responsible for community, engaging with, and building sturdy relationships across tiers at consumer as well as employer companies to recognize commercial enterprise trends, have direct visibility on upcoming campaigns and sales potential.
  • Reveal Idea Partnership: You will need to reveal idea partnership through a comprehensive know-how of the consumer and corporation organisation, their advertising needs, marketing campaign performance metrics, and so forth.
  • Construct A Strategy To Derive Most Revenue: You will be responsible for constructing a strategy to derive most revenue to your accounts.
  • Operational / Technique / Generation Related Kras: You will need to create, negotiate, and near deals that maximize rate/market proportion and supply on the patron's and business enterprise's advertising and marketing targets and expectancies.
  • Map Competition: You will be responsible for mapping competition (income strategy/packages/clients) and use market intelligence to develop techniques to maximize market proportion.
  • Supply Maximum Fee On Deals: You will need to supply maximum fee on deals via participating with pass-functional teams across the company (PRS, Operations) and taking complete possession of deal execution, purchaser servicing, and put up critiques of campaigns.
  • Act As An Account Manager: You will be responsible for acting as an account manager instead of a supplier by imparting devoted account control to broaden and nurture strong lengthy-term relationships with key debts.
  • Business Development: You will need to identify new clients and develop business opportunities.
  • Economic Duty / Industrial Impact: You will be responsible for accurate monthly revenue projections, meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual quotas, fulfillment of CPRP benchmarks, and exceeding market percentage.
  • Continuously Discover Possibilities For Added Revenue Sources: You will need to continuously discover possibilities for added revenue sources through non-FCT avenues brand answers.
  • Constantly Attempt To Discover Opportunities To Maximize Sales Possibilities: You will be responsible for constantly attempting to discover opportunities to maximize sales possibilities.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • MBA Degree Holder: You should have an MBA degree from a recognized institution.
  • 2+ Years Of Sales Experience: You should have at least 2 years of sales experience in the media and entertainment industry.
