Our commitment to excellence, diversity, and inclusion has earned us a reputation as a top employer in the industry. **A Day in the Life** As a Customer Engagement Marketing Professional at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) legal and security review lines. You will work closely with key stakeholders to review and manage the Client Commitment unified legal and security line, including reporting new checking processes. Your expertise will be essential in overseeing situation/project-specific direction and prescribed strategy to ensure consistency status with existing, recently authorized, and emerging security guidelines and regulations like GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the execution of the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) legal and security review lines * Support the CE Marketing Consistency Legal, Protection Lawful, Information Administration work process * Aid new and renewal contract reviews - MSA, NDA, business, marketing, legal, protection, pricing, pixels, data use, and security terms for Disney Objects, shopDisney, Disney Distributing * Conduct external data sharing inspections and oversight: crowd dividing among Disney specialty units, organization, and outside merchants * Collaborate with key colleagues to review and manage the Client Commitment unified legal and security line, including reporting new checking processes * Oversee situation/project-specific direction and prescribed strategy to ensure consistency status with existing, recently authorized, and emerging security guidelines and regulations **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications Studies, Political Science, Pre-Law, or related field * Excellent customer service skills, including process streams and documentation * Ability to arrange and focus on multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight * Detailed, organized, and analytical skills, with the ability to comply with tight time constraints * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field * Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and data analysis tools * Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and ITP * Certification in marketing, communications, or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a part-time remote employee at arenaflex, you will have access to a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: * Professional development programs and training sessions * Mentorship and coaching from experienced colleagues * Opportunities for advancement and career progression * Access to industry-leading tools and technologies * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a workplace culture that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
