**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing DMCA takedown requests and ensuring compliance with our content Community Guidelines
* Responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat (Intercom) in a timely and professional manner
* Reviewing flagged content to identify potential issues and improve content moderation pipelines
* Handling payment disputes from customers, including refunds, chargebacks, and identifying fraudulent activity
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support and community management
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
* Experience with DMCA takedowns, customer support, and chargeback management is a plus
* A team player with excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support

* Familiarity with live streaming and messaging platforms (e.g. YouTube Live, Twitch, Discord)
